NotificationManager

The Notification Manager is meant to be the central service to provide notifications related with the usual flow of activities in Scarab.

NotificationManagerFactory	This factory is used to get an instance of the notification manager configured in scarab.notificationmanager.classname.
NotificationManagerJob	Quartz's job implementation that will just call the NotificationManager to send pending notifications.
ScarabNewNotificationManager	This class provides the new implementation for the Notification Manager.
ScarabNotificationManager	This class is for backward compatibility.
ScarabOldNotificationManager	This class provides the default implementation for the provided notification manager.
