Here you can look at the current completion status of the different language bundles of Scarab. If you want to learn more about Scarab's internationalization support approach take a look at this document.
And if you need a translation to your language, or feel that it's somehow incomplete, this is a great way to start contributing efforts to Scarab; take a look at the reports, and send your updated bundles to the mailing lists.
